In a new lawsuit Wade Robson (30) claims that he was sexually abused by Michael Jackson.
The new claim appeared in court documents that were filed last week.
The lawsuit asks Robson for permission to sue Michael Jackson’s estate for damages of sexually abuse by the late pop king, writes TMZ.
During the trial in 2005 Wade Robson claimed that he had not been sexually abused by Michael Jackson. But now he says the opposite.
Robson was one of the witnesses in the trial in 2005, which ended with Michael Jackson being acquitted of charges of sexual abuse against minors.
During the trial eight years ago Robson rejected the allegations of a maid who claimed that he had been in the shower with Michael Jackson, when he was only eight years old.
Robson was only five years old when he met Michael Jackson in Australia for the first time.
During the trial in 2005 Robson claimed that he had stayed at Jackson’s Neverland ranch about MANY times, and also said that they had slept in the same bed. Based on court documents Robson is estimated to have stayed in Michael Jackson’s bed for up to 300 nights.
At the same time he said that he was never sexually abused. But now he he wants to change the statement to the opposite.
Attorney Perry Sanders, who represents Jackson’s mother, Katherine, is critical to the new allegations from Robson.
Robson has worked as a choreographer for Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato. 30-year-old has also participated on “So You Think You Can Dance,” the American version of “Dansefeber.”
